I just made a simple reading log for Gracie and thought I would share it with you!
I made it as simple as can be (I think kids like simple)! I just used printer paper and a permanent marker.
I numbered each line and left enough space for her to write the name of the book that she read.
I added a little start at the end to show that it is prize time! I thought I would give her a little something at the end for motivation. I am thinking a new book (they have them really cheap at the Goodwill) or a trip to her favorite park-something cheap and fun is a great reward! 
I made sure to include her name to make it special.
I also had to give her her own clipboard, just like her Momma!
Clipboard make everything more fun, right?
Well, she is one happy girl!
Now, let’s get reading!! (She is really into Dr. Seuss lately!)
