Secret Santa Alive in Kansas City

Just the other day I was voicing my disappointment in no "Secret Santa" sightings in Kansas City. Why should this make me sad? When we first moved to Missouri it was both fun, exciting, scary, etc. But when I opened the paper out here for the first time there were stories about this wonderful man that no one knew that was giving away cash. He'd just walk up to people and hand them money, this is
